## Description

**AHS – Image to WebP Converter** automatically converts uploaded images into the
modern **WebP format**, helping improve website speed, reduce bandwidth usage, and

## Installation

 1. Upload the plugin folder to the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory

 3. Navigate to **Settings  Image to WebP**
 4. Configure your preferred WebP quality and run bulk conversion if needed

### Does this plugin replace original images?

No. Original images are kept intact. WebP files are generated alongside them.

### Which image formats are supported?

Currently supported formats:
 * JPEG / JPG * PNG

### Does this plugin work on most hosting environments?

Yes. The plugin works on standard WordPress hosting setups without requiring special
server configuration.

Yes. Generated WebP files are stored locally and work with most caching and CDN
