Description

Easy Booking Calendar for WooCommerce adds date-based bookings to your product pages. Customers select their dates, and the plugin calculates the booking price using your product price and the number of days or nights.

Use it for room stays, equipment rentals, or other products booked by date. Configure your calendar under Products > Booking Calendar, then enable Bookable on each product you want to offer for booking.

Each booking appears as one line item, with its dates and duration shown separately from quantity. Dates are reserved when an order reaches Processing or Completed and released when that order is cancelled, unless double bookings are enabled.

• Raise or lower prices by a fixed amount for selected dates or date ranges.
• Set different prices for weekends or other weekdays.
• Drag pricing rules to choose which takes priority.
• Set available dates separately for each product.
• Reopen individual booked dates without cancelling the whole booking.
• Show customers their booking total before adding to cart.
• Show a price breakdown when booked dates have different prices.
• Allow single-date bookings and choose Monday or Sunday as the start of the week.

For example, charge more on summer weekends or offer a lower price on quieter dates.

Pro is optional; the free version supports date-range bookings without a paid license.
