It uses the **same repricer engine as paid Floynk**, but is capped for starters: you manage everything inside **WordPress**, not in the Floynk web app. Install it, open **Floynk** in the admin menu, and follow the setup wizard. Every screen in the plugin is available without a license check or trial countdown — limits are enforced by your free Floynk account on the server, not by hiding features in the plugin. #### Free plugin — limits This plugin is fully functional on its own, with these limits on the free Floynk account it creates or connects to: * **500 products max with repricing turned on** — you can import more offers, but only 500 can be active at once * **«Hunt now» / manual price check = once per minute per product** — automatic background repricing is not affected * **No Floynk web app** — no login at [app.floynk.com](https://app.floynk.com); no orders, stock sync, or multi-channel dashboard * **Bol.com connect in WordPress only** — one WordPress site and one Bol.com seller account per free account * **Uninstall + delete account = all data gone** — repricers, imports, and settings are permanently removed from Floynk when you delete the account from plugin settings Need more than 500 active products, multiple Bol.com accounts, or the full Floynk platform? It does not handle WooCommerce checkout, payments, or basic order processing — that stays in WooCommerce and your existing order tools. ### External services This plugin connects to the following third-party services. By using this plugin you agree to the terms and privacy policies of these services. **Floynk API (https://app.floynk.com)** * **What it is:** Hosted repricing and Bol.com account services operated by Floynk B.V., used when you connect the plugin and manage repricers from wp-admin. * **When data is sent:** When you connect your store, save settings, update min/ max prices, run a hunt, or manage Bol.com accounts — typically when you use Floynk screens in wp-admin or when repricing runs for active products. * **What data is sent:** - Connection credentials for your store (as an Authorization header) - WordPress site URL and name - WooCommerce product data needed for repricing (for example SKU, EAN, name, price, stock) - Repricer settings and price bounds you configure in the plugin - Plugin, WordPress, PHP, and WooCommerce versions (for compatibility) * **Terms of Use:** https://www.floynk.com/terms * **Privacy Policy:** https://www.floynk.com/privacy **Bol.com (https://www.bol.com) — indirect, via Floynk** The plugin does not call Bol.com directly. Install **WooCommerce 7.0** or higher. 2. Install **Floynk for WooCommerce** from the WordPress.org plugin directory (or upload the zip via **Plugins Add New Upload Plugin**). 3. Activate the plugin. 4. Go to **Floynk** in the wp-admin menu and complete the setup wizard (store connection, Bol.com accounts, repricer settings). 5. Open the **Bol.com** tab if you need to add or verify seller accounts. 6. Edit a WooCommerce product that has an EAN — use the **Floynk Repricer** metabox to activate repricing, set min/max prices, and run a price hunt. ## FAQ ### Do I need to use the Floynk website to run this plugin? No. Setup and day-to-day repricer work happen entirely in **wp-admin**. You do not need to log in to the Floynk web app. The plugin talks to the Floynk API in the background for repricing and Bol.com account management. ### What are the limits of the free plugin? Upgrade to a paid Floynk plan at [floynk.com](https://www.floynk.com). Paid plans use the same repricer engine with higher product limits and access to the full Floynk platform. Connect your paid account by pasting its API key in plugin settings — do not create a new free account. ### Do I need a separate dashboard? No. The plugin is standalone: you configure Bol.com accounts, repricer rules, and product-level pricing from WordPress. ### Where are my Bol.com credentials stored? Bol.com API credentials are sent over HTTPS when you connect an account in the Bol. com wizard and are stored on Floynk infrastructure used for repricing — not in your WordPress database as plain client secrets. ### Does the plugin phone home? The plugin communicates with the Floynk API (https://app.floynk.com) for repricing, Bol.com account management, and settings — only after you install the plugin and connect your store. It does not send anonymous telemetry, open-rate pixels, or tracking beacons. See **External services** below. ### Does this plugin handle my orders? No. It focuses on Bol.com **repricing** and **seller account** setup. WooCommerce continues to handle orders, checkout, and payments. The plugin does not take over basic order processing. ### What happens if I deactivate the plugin? Your WooCommerce store keeps working normally. Repricing stops. Your Floynk account and repricer data remain on Floynk servers until you remove them. ### What happens if I uninstall and delete my Floynk account? If you use **Delete Floynk account** in plugin settings before uninstalling, your free Floynk account and all repricer data, Bol.com imports, and settings on Floynk servers are **permanently deleted**. This cannot be undone. Disconnecting only removes the API key from WordPress and leaves your Floynk account intact. ### Is this plugin GDPR compliant? Floynk processes data related to repricing and marketplace accounts on your behalf when the plugin is connected. Review [Floynk’s Privacy Policy](https://www.floynk.com/privacy). You remain the data controller for your WooCommerce store. ### I’m a Floynk developer. How do I point the plugin at a dev backend?
