Installation
- Go to the ‹Add New› plugins page in your WordPress admin dashboard.
- Search for the ‹GoTo Contact Center WebChat› plugin.
- Click ‹Install Now› and activate the plugin.
- Select the ‹GoTo Contact Center WebChat› page in your WordPress admin dashboard.
- Add the web chat integration snippet code by logging in to your GoTo Contact Center account and copying the snippet from the relevant chat queue.
- Hit ‹Save› to save the changes.
