Installation

From the admin panel, Go to your WordPress Admin -> Plugins -> Add New. Search for WP Widget CSS Classes. Install and Activate.

From directories, Upload WP Widget CSS Classes to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory and activate the plugin through the ‹Plugins› menu in WordPress

After installing WP Widget CSS Classes you need to go to your WordPress Admin -> Appearance-> Widgets. you can see the widget and add the custom class.

It simply does what it’s meant for. If you just have to add CSS classes to your widgets without extra unnecessary functions this is the right plugin. I’m using it with WordPress 6.0.1 and it works fine.

This plugin is nice and simple. Only adds the ability to define a CSS class for a widget; no more, no less. I like it. Thank you!
